1 of 5 pc was defective

I ordered a pack of 5 GE bulbs. One of the 5 had a broken thread. 20% is not acceptable. When I called customer service, the line quickly switched to an "out of service" signal. Not healthy.

HEY IT'S A LIGHT BULB!

This is a lightbulb, but it's hard to find in retail stores. We use them for our ceramic Christmas tree and in our dining room. They seem to burn out once a year. So I got a 5 pack for what you would pay for 2 in store and we have them in stock. Fast service and correct product.

Tube filament length replaced.

The lamp filament length has been replaced with a shorter internal halogen lamp. It remains to be found out whether there are glare reflections on the glass of the picture frame. With the original incandescent bulbs, rotating the bulb a quarter in the socket eliminated most of the reflection on the picture frame glass.
