I love Gearwrench tools but this box was disappointing. The lid is misaligned and clicks and pops when opened and closed. The lower drawer slides are not adjusted correctly. I had to remove the bearing assembly and put it in properly. This box is not as good as its tools

Arrived in good condition, drawers etc work well; but; I ordered it because I specifically needed a console tray on top and as you can see from the photo it's not there! I manage without giving them back; but obviously the product does not match the description or the pictures.

To lock, the top must be open, then close the drawers.
