The hat was supposed to be charcoal grey, but instead it was navy black. The material was also very stiff, rough and much thinner than I would have expected from a hat. The price was low so not worth returning, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't buy it again. There are other caps on Amazon for a little more money that are of much better quality and match the picture.

The cap has a fit that I like better than many other caps. It also has a metal clip and fabric strap to adjust the fit rather than Velcro. I associate this feature with premium hats.

It's all about imbalance. The bill is a little skewed and sewn on right of center, I've tried to adjust it as I wear it but it's obvious when you look. No quality control.

Cap is OK. The clasp sucks! I washed the cap but the buckle is so flimsy that it doesn't hold up. I had to sew the strap to the right size so I could wear it.

The cover quality is good but the colors are weaker than on screen, especially this one which only looks red. I don't like red but I wear a lot of deep rich wine colors and it doesn't look like the picture at all. Mulberry isn't that saturated either. I understand monitors display colors differently but I bought 5 colors and I like maybe 2 of them. The hat is slightly "bent" when worn, which cannot be corrected by adjustment. This hat looks good and should fit well (true to size with my other hats) but it's not 'navy'. Aqua is greenish blue in color and the product photo shows a very light aqua. In fact, this hat is quite light, but bright, blue, with no shade of green. I really like this hat, I've been wearing it for a few days now. It was a very nice shade of olive green. I really liked the low and unstructured fit. The material is good, maybe something for very hot, humid days (especially with this dark color) but not bad at all.
