My husband has a size 44 pair of trousers that fit loosely around his waist. This belt barely wrapped around his waist. Buckling up was only possible and cumbersome at the first hole. I bought him 2 size 46 belts from the store and they fit him perfectly. This belt should fit 46-48.

I'm 5ft 4in, waist 27in and bought it in the smallest available size 30-32 and it was possible to fit the last hole but i had to send it back just for the looks. Based on the Revain picture it looks like a fairly flat belt with a flat buckle to match, but the buckle is much larger and personally attention grabbing, obscuring everything I've worn with it due to its size and highly reflective finish. If you're taller this would probably fit a lot better, but it's still noticeably larger than most
