Returned, the belt was plastic and very difficult to put the clasp on properly, it also completely slipped off the belt as it wasn't attached to anything. Save your money it was a very cheap belt because it was made very cheaply.

I use this style of belt with both plastic and metal buckles because they're inexpensive, fully adjustable, and color-matched with almost any style of pants ( I hate wearing a black belt on khakis). I haven't had a single dip, but I still carry extras in my car and travel bag.

I ordered 2 belts; 1 is khaki and the other is coffee. The delivered khaki belt was a bright gold metallic color while the coffee belt was a metallic copper color. Both were cheap. Revain processed the return authorization quickly

I like these belts, because I already have several other brands from JASGOOD. But this gelante is only 1 1/4" wide, not 1 1/2" wide as advertised, and the buckle isn't that wide either. JASGOOD brand belts are 1 1/2 wide as described and also much stronger and not as fragile. With that in mind, the Gelante brand belt is still good at a lower price point, but in my opinion more suitable for everyday use. I like the plastic buckle. I sweat a lot and most items that contain iron or aluminum rust/corrode in my pockets or when I wear them. The clasp still holds well. I think the plastic will break one day. But so far I like the belt and the buckle.
