Need more real letters, not emoticons

I have them at work and they are very funny so I decided to buy one for home. The construction is good, I like the table stand and the ability to use both sides. It comes with a wall hanging part that you'll have to install yourself, but that doesn't seem to be too much of an issue. What I didn't like was that many of the characters it contains aren't letters. It comes with 2 white letter sizes and 1 gold letter size, each with some symbols and emoticons. The item arrived damaged and the customer service was disappointing.

Overall this product should have been great as it's really cute which is what I was hoping for but it arrived damaged. The felt on the board arrived pulled off the board. Also, the board barely fits in the stand. This is a VERY tight fit. If I always wanted it on the stand I wouldn't have a problem with it. I was a bit hesitant to buy the board because of the price but after seeing what it includes and considering that it's double sided I thought it was worth it.
