The machine only cuts thin punches, but cuts great. The machine has a lot of pressure. The cutting blades wear out fairly quickly.

Magnetic sheeting failed to hold some of my more detailed die cuts. The dies slid over the workpiece I was cutting.

I had to buy another magnetic sheet for my Gemini Junior because I accidentally turned the stamp the wrong way round and cut through it. So it cuts easily. Be very careful and pay attention to the cut side of your stamps.

I have had the machine for 18 months now and I replace the magnetic seal every 6 months. After about 5 months they start to lose their magnetism - not that it's very strong. Tilting the stack allows the stamps to move from the start. In fact, the magnetism is much weaker than the magnetic sheets I use to store my stamps. And because of the stacking system, I only cut big sheets with a lot of waste because I can't tell exactly where the cut will be on the paper.

This is the first replacement magnet board I have purchased for my Gemini Jr. The original that came with the machine lasted 3 years with constant use. I've been using this new replacement for 1 month and am so disappointed with it, here's why; it feels softer and thinner than the original, cuts leave black residue on the front of the paper I cut.
