Not good. Is the plastic door too heavy for my cats to open with their snouts? And he smacks their tails when I force them in. I tried to get them used to it without any debris but they are afraid of it because the door is too heavy. Their tails hurt and they cannot open their heads without discomfort. It's too expensive for this quality. Will return.

This is a great tray. I love that it has 2 entry/exit points and seems to hold dirt very well. Plenty of room for a cat of almost any size and it's very easy to pull out the bottom drawer to clean/replace the stuffing. A note for people who don't like the front door being 'entrance only'.
