Good vise, drill not included.

WARNING: These vices do NOT come with the drill bits shown in the picture. You will only receive the specified vise and an additional collet. Drills are not included. Deceptive photography aside, the pin vise is well designed. As mentioned in another review, the end cap is attached very tightly and unless you are very strong you will have to pry it off.

Large size for larger jobs

Vise is 4.5 inches long and will hold up to a 1/8 drill bit. Big size is good for big tasks. The end cap rotates for one-handed drilling and serves as a removable cover for the handle storage well. However, the end cap can be very hard and requires a flathead screwdriver to remove. I smeared petroleum jelly into the end cap to make it easier to remove.

Less than I HOPED for Visa

I bought this from some online recommendations. It has a nice design, good grip and I especially like the swivel at the top for easy drilling. Where this unit fails are the included collets. They are crucial as they determine what bit size you can hold. Nowhere could I find a description of what sizes are suitable for these collets. When I opened the package I saw that the holes on the collets were different sizes, two of them looked very large. Further testing shows that they work with very…
