Takes a little effort, but worth it

I am so glad I can still have liquid shampoo without the plastic packaging. I haven't been 100% satisfied with a shampoo bar, so I thought I'd give this a try. I was very careful with my water measurement (by mass as opposed to volume) and it is a perfect consistency after lots of stirring and allowing it to completely cool off. My hair feels great after use, no residue and not oily.

It's a no for me best in my review

I wanted to love it but my hair and scalp said no. It felt super drying and left a wierd residue. On the flip side it returned to using their Healy kiwi bar.

It really is a very good product

It’s an on going search for me to find hair products that work well and reduce plastic use. I really do like the concentrate product line. It thickens just like regular conditioner.My hair is a temperamental beast and this particular conditioner did not quite work for me. But it’s not the product itself. For other hair types, this would be perfect.

Love all ethiques products

I love their bar products, so wanted to try these. So far so good. Easier to share with family and guest! Unscented aroma may be perceived as unappealing.

Unfortunately it causes dandruff

I love the concept, as it is plastic free, but I got dandruff from it. I normally don't have dandruff. Ethique's formulas don't work for me.

A-Plus Concept! on my review.

Easy to make, cleans hair well, I really don’t want to fault this shampoo because of the efforts Ethique is taking to make an eco friendly shampoo that isn’t a bar. However, if I go back to pre-bottled shampoo, it really doesn’t stand up to it. My scalp never feels quite as clean with this shampoo I make myself. I will keep trying if the formula somehow improves a bit with time because the cause means so much to me, but for now I am attempting to battle thinning hair and this isn’t going to…
