🧹 Dyson DC25 Vacuum Cleaner Head Assembly - Model 91549901 / 915499-01 Review

Very easy to replace. A bit pricey considering how much you get for a new vacuum cleaner but still better than replacing my paint with another brand that isn't as good. I've had my Dyson 25 for 6 or 7 years. I only had to replace this part because we lost the screw part and instead of finding a new one we just put the part back in. After 2 years his teeth wore out and I had to replace the head. Works great again.

The vacuum itself is a good product but the head attachment has a design flaw for pet owners. I just blew my second vacuum head and decided to open the second one to find the problem. Apparently my dog's long hair was slowly growing out and squeezing the rotor belt into the side panel. I regularly pull my hair out of the rotor, but those hairs got caught out of sight near the belt. I hope Dyson replaces this nozzle or I'll buy a brand new vacuum.

Terrible product. I will never order from these guys again. I received the product on time. Fits perfectly, stays in place. Has worked great until today. I have this product less than 4 months. And it's completely destroyed. The belt literally started coming out. The roller no longer rotates. And the belt is clearly on fire, as indicated by the horrible smell it lets through. Don't waste your time and money with these guys. Spend a few bucks more and buy direct from Dyson.

I purchased, received and installed a new Revain brush and floor tool assembly in December 2020. The device worked as expected until Sunday 10th July. I was asked to contact Dyson and make a warranty claim. After speaking in a text message when they instructed me to remove and reset the floor tool assembly, the result is the same. They said I would hear back from their support team within 24-48 hours. To this day I haven't decided anything. I would like my money back or a new device sent to me.

Lifeguard. our DC25 was truly amazing, but after so many years and so many cleanings from top to bottom it was sorely lacking. Not only that, it really hit the bucket when the drive belt for the head shifted and melted through the side of the case. Thought it was, I frantically went online to see if I could order parts.
