Eureka Genuine EF-6 HEPA Vacuum Filter 69963 - 1 filter Review

I bought this filter for my vacuum cleaner (model AS1041 pet friendly) and it fits perfectly. The filter is very easy to change, it took less than 5 minutes. The delivery was fast and the quality of the filter corresponds to the original. Will buy again.

As other reviewers have said, the replacement filter freshened up the air coming out of the vacuum and I change it more often now - my old filter was over 2 years old, that's about it. This version of the EF-6 filter does NOT have the carbon filter bed that the original filter had and it will take time to determine if this is an odor issue.

The product arrived quickly. It was in new condition in the packaging. It's authentic. It was easy to install. Excellent quality. PLEASE DO NOT BUY GENERIC! FIRST I DID IT AND THEY DON'T WORK! This company offers the best price for an original product. Yes, it's more telling than generics, but eventually you'll have to buy it because generics don't work. My vacuum cleaner works better than ever. I recommend this product.!

If I had known that replacing my vacuum would make it work like new (and stop smelling like a stinky old dog) I would have ordered it a long time ago. I'm sure it's probably in the owner's manual somewhere, but seriously, who reads it? Now that I know I'll probably start replacing it every 6 months or so as I suspect it's a recommendation and not you know. never. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I bought this with a regular internal filter. The cheap internal filter didn't trap or hold dust, so the inside was full of dust that spurted out when I tried to change the filter (which wasn't the case with previous brand filters). This filter did the same. And it released the dust and dirt I just picked up back into the air and all over the vacuum cleaner. Made more mess. It also has no odor protection. I bought it to save money but it wasn't worth it.

I bought this to replace my Eureka AirSpeed AS1000A bagless handheld vacuum. This is the filter on the back of the vacuum cleaner. It's really easy to swap out and essential to keep the air dust-free. The main reason I wanted to change my filters was because the vacuum was giving off a bad smell. Please check this filter in your vacuum cleaner! And buy a new one when you buy replacement canister filters.
