When I first received the belt it looked great. However, after about 6 months of use, the heel counter began to separate from the front of the strap. It was too new to throw away so I tried to fix it with contact glue. It's holding up so far, but I don't know how long it will last. I have learned that it is not enough that the belt is advertised as leather. Make sure to get one that's made out of hard leather and doesn't have a back lining. My next belt will definitely be full leather.

This is a great leather belt and I love it. I will definitely be buying more from this seller and more from this brand. The leather is genuine and the belt is brilliant. Department stores like Macy's sell faux leather belts that tear along the long edges or have the buckles fall out - I've been buying them for years until I got tired of them. I've worn this belt almost daily for two and a half years in a hot climate. ; others say it's thick and tough, which it is. But I'm a tall man and this belt is holding up really well while maintaining its looks.It took about a week to wear like a new pair of leather boots but then is comfortable.In the last few weeks it has started to loosen , so I'm going to buy a new one and this one will be a work belt Btw , mine was black on black but not reversible.
