The leather is very soft and durable, and after cards are inserted it becomes stiff so that it does not sag. Pockets have less room to maneuver than my 17 year old college old so getting a card is a little harder. Time will tell if it loosens up a bit or if the plastic windows are cracked around the edges.

Love this item! I've been looking in stores for a long time. Perfect for my train and subway tickets, and the key fob attaches to a lanyard that I can clip to my briefcase. For the price it does what it's supposed to and looks good. Most of time. After 4 months the plastic holding the right hand pocket which can hold your card has worn out and my ID slipped out but I still have the other side. The wallet is definitely strong enough to hold a medium to small sized keychain, but the keychain has a constant problem. The individual links on the wallet are not fully sealed but are open at one end so you may have loose links and have to struggle to insert the key fob…

I have this so I can slip my IDs in my pocket if the wallet or purse doesn't go to plan. I also like that it's easier to access this ID card when an ID is required than the ID stored in the wallet's card slot.
