🚗 High-Quality Genuine Nissan License Plate Bracket (96210-EA800) Review

This license plate bracket works but was a bit tricky to install. One of my anchors broke during installation so I had to improvise with another anchor.

Had to replace my front number plate bracket after it took too many nose to nose bumps from other cars. Figuring out how the strut used the fancy lever bolts was the hardest part. The holder otherwise corresponded to the original license plate holder.

The sign is actually a genuine Nissan part made in the USA. Good quality and not thin. However, this thing came with no installation instructions and lots of little assembly hardware that took a while to figure out where they needed to be. A little bit frustrating.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Frontier SV but needed a front panel for Texas registration. I can't speak for many license plate holders on the market but this genuine Nissan product is easy to fit, fits perfectly and is the same colour. This is the same holder that the dealer would install.

I bought this to put a special label on the front of my car and although it worked great I gave it 3 stars because it came with clips but without screws was supplied. necessary for attachment. I had to go and find 2 screws that would fit to mount it. Strangely, no screws are included. How else are you going to mount it?

The part is original but has a terribly weak fastening system. Even after installation and tightening, the bracket is very loose. I replaced the factory mounting screws with 1/4x20 rubber nuts and 1" 1/4" screws and used black zip ties on the top of the mount for stability. Thanks to Lowes for the good mounting parts. They were installed on the 2015 Nissan Frontier SL 4x4.

I recently bought a used Frontier PU from the dealer but it didn't have a front license plate bracket. It seems OEM, the price fits, but it gets the job done. The only problem was that the threads of one of the mounting screws (for the plate) did not match the mating threaded clamps. Had to go to my collection to find a set of screws to match the clamps. Similar problem with another provider (cargo boxes). This was an easy fix for me and didn't affect my overall rating of the mount itself.

I was a little apprehensive reading some of the reviews about the ease of installation but once I received this it was pretty clear. My bumper already had two screw holes and I just had to drill more of them for the plastic clips. I tried the latches before inserting them into the holes to make sure they rotate and that the bolts go in and screw in.
