Geoviewer Mobile and Desktop Review

The ability of georeferenced images for use in GIS applications such as mapping is great but also it's free! I really like this feature because you can do quick maps with no cost at all which makes me very happy since we are an educational institution that needs easy access from anywhere anytime (including mobile devices).
