A bit hard to get into, but by far the best compression shirt I have tried

I've undergone a lot of abdominal surgery in recent years. My torso looks like a war zone. I'm in danger of developing a hernia if I'm not careful when lifting things or actively twisting around (if you get my meaning and I think you do). My doctor recommended wearing a compression shirt for such activities.The ones I've tried before did the job, but weren't particularly comfortable, and look more like a cheap girdle than an undershirt.This one beats them all. It fits perfectly but doesn't "compress " anything.

It doesn't do the compression at all. It is a struggle to get it on and to get it off but it doesn't feel like it's doing anything. It's not uncomfortable to wear but it's useless.

I am amazed that it does imporove my posture!

I orderd this to help wiht back support when working in the garden and lifting heavier objects. I find the extra supoert and tighten it when lifting helps my back lift pain free and I assuem is preventing over exertion injury or hernia.I noticed and my parnter noticed that my everyday posture is more upright, I do not wear this for hous upon end but the times when I do wear it are training me to be posture perfect. I am trying to lose weight so this can help hide the ice cream days. I am more…

Not much compression .

This is very light, difficult to get on and has very little compression. The hooks are almost impossible to latch. I was looking for more back support but this gives none.
