It works but came with a defect

When it arrived one of the inner pads had fallen off, the sticker restuck, but it continues to fall off. Cheaply made. It gets the job done for my work out, but wish it was a better quality.

  • Good value and resistance!
Cons
  • For individuals with larger body masses, there may be limited flexibility and maneuverability, making exercises with the fitness circles a challenge

Not the best. best in my review

The ring is too flimsy and the band does not have much resistance. Might be good for a beginner or someone who doesn’t want to work too hard at it.

very useful on my review.

The products have meet my expectations. The band seems to hold up with serious use. It is the right resistance for me enhancing my strength building. I have been using it daily since received. And I use the ring regularly in my yoga and pilates home practice. They are very useful.
