Useful in weighing down back wheels of SUV

I live in the mountains of Colorado and even with four-wheel-drive and snow tires, I could slide around in my SUV. I bought four of these to lay across the back to add weight to the back tires… Huge difference! In much cleaner than sandbags… I haven’t slid all winter!

Pros
  • The weight plates have a flat base, making them easy to store and stack
Cons
  • May cause fatigue or muscle strain more quickly than other weight types

inexpensive doesn't mean cheap.

At half the cost of the main stream competitor, this ruck plate is no slouch. If you ever wished to be a ninja turtle of the teenage variety growing up as a kid then this is your chance. Show the haters and the doubters that you are a hero in a half-shell turtle power.

Pros
  • Much cheaper than Goruck and works just as well
Cons
  • Can be difficult to transport or move around

Works Great in a GoRuck Rucker Pack

I recently got a GoRuck Rucker pack, which has a weight pocket that is shorter and wider then their previous ruck versions so my 25 lbs plate wouldn't fit. The plates for the Rucker on GoRuck's website are expensive. I did some calculations and figured that if I got two 10 lbs Yes4All plates they wold be the same size as a 20 lbs GoRuck plate, but at half the price. I got the plates and they fit perfectly!

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • May not be suitable for certain types of training programs or goals

Great but does not fit Rucker weight compartment.

Solid weight. The 25lbs weight I bought does not fit in the upper velcroed compartment of the Rucker. It does fit in the lower pocket of the Rucker and GR1 just fine.

Pros
  • WIDE, SMOOTH HANDLE: Our plate features a wide grip handle to easily add and remove it from your ruck. The smooth, high-quality handle of the Ruck Weight provides a comfortable and secure grip during your workout.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to find replacement parts or accessories for

Perfect fit: my feedback

Great weighted plate for my ruck sack. I use it everyday to walk my dog with. I weighed it and it’s exactly 10lbs like it should be. Way cheaper than other brands for the same look alike plate!

Pros
  • Choose from multiple weights to effectively build strength and endurance
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for advanced users or athletes

Good weight: my feedback

This fits perfect in my issue camel back. I wanted the 30lbs but the measurements didn’t seem to work. The 25lbs fits like a glove. The weight is perfect and the size is perfect. Not sure what sulk do after I retire with it.

Pros
  • STRENGTHEN YOUR HIP AND POSTURE STABILITY: The weight of the backpack pulls your shoulders and back into a proper alignment. As your upper body adapts to rucking, it becomes more comfortable to maintain that proper posture in your daily life.
Cons
  • May not provide enough range of motion for some exercises

Goruck is cool, but have you ever heard of saving money?

I bought two. The weight is definitely not accurate. 9lbs 9oz ounces for one, and 9lbs 11.4oz for the other. Otherwise they’re fine, and fit in a go ruck rpc.

Pros
  • Use these weight plates for rucking, kettlebell swings, and other functional workouts
Cons
  • Can be difficult to use during complex routines or movements

Affordable and Effective

The price was the obvious feature of this product. Other brands are excessive for what it is and like most weights they are just cast iron, nothing special. I use this in my workout three times a week and it is very comfortable and manageable for 20 lbs. I use it ¨as is¨ for lifting and core and arm exercises. I also use it in my rucksack for leg strength and hike training. It adds versatility to my workout and when I get ready I will seek other weights of this same model.

Pros
  • The weight plates are versatile and can be used for a variety of exercises, including lunges, squats, and deadlifts
Cons
  • Can cause damage or scratches to other workout equipment or surfaces

I love my 25 LB plate, but now I want to get a 35lb’er. However, they seem to NOW only be in increments of even 10’s even though the listing says 35 is available. I don’t want a 30 LB because it’s too little of an increase and 40 would be too heavy for now. What happened? How can I get 35lb?

Pros
  • These 45 lb plate are nicely painted, nearly flaw-free, and are a great value in ruck plates.
Cons
  • Be the same size as goruck plates

Affordable alternative plates

Really nice ruck Plate. I bought 2 to fit in my GR3 bag. The seams are not sharp like others have had. My weight scale doesn’t pick anything up under 15 pounds so i can’t weigh them individually but compared to my 10lbs plates they feel similar. Good alternative to the main name brands

Pros
  • The weight plates can be used for both upper and lower body exercises, providing a full body workout
Cons
  • May require additional storage or equipment for proper use

Perfect plate for rucking

I needed a 35lb for rucking and I needed it to fit in my pack. This plate is perfect. Great quality and the handles at both ends were a very smart design. The plate fits in my pack perfectly with little to no movement. I added a tape measure in my pic to show the size of my pack. Hope this helps others.

Pros
  • ‎20lbs
Cons
  • May not provide enough variety in workouts for some users

Perfect and way cheaper than other brands

I've seen others post about the plate not being the actual weight but mine is exactly 20lbs. Fits perfect inside my camelbak. Not to sure if I will fit a Rucker 3.0 but when I do receive it I will make sure to update this and post a picture. Plate doesn't have sharp edges or any sort of cracks.

Pros
  • Strength Training Equipment
Cons
  • Risk of injury increases with excessive or improper lifting

Great price right size

The product dimensions are very comparable to much more expensive alternatives. It fits easily inside the pocket of my goruck GR1.

Pros
  • ‎1
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for muscle growth or development

Ruck fitment with 30# plate

There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding fitment in these reviews, so thought I'd clear up at least one aspect: you see here an original Rucker, 20L, with the 30# plate securely strapped in as intended. It fits perfectly. Also, five stars for the weight, well painted, as advertised. Now buy one, get out there, and ruck!

Pros
  • Weights & Accessories
Cons
  • May not fit properly into standard workout equipment

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Does not fit in Rucker

Will not fit into the secure pocket of the 20L Rucker as some suggested. It is fine for rucking, but not for burpees or similar exercises (unless you want the back of your head injured). Yes4All needs to make this clear.

Pros
  • Slides right down into pack and makes runs more terrible...but in a good way
Cons
  • Can be intimidating for beginners or those new to strength training

1/2 Pound Away From Perfection

I bought the 20lb version. Great for fitness, which is my main goal. Eventually, I'd like to do some GoRuck events though. I was a bit disappointed when I weighed this, and it came up 19.5lbs. Not the end of the world, but definitely an inconvenience

Pros
  • The wide grip handles allow for easy handling and transport, making it simple to take your workout on the go
Cons
  • Can be difficult to handle or maneuver during some exercises

Quality plates.: my feedback

Ordered 2 plates both came timely, one much more timely then the other but both within the promised time. Both plates weigh in at 15.2 lbs on my scale so they should be good for the event I signed up for. And should fit the plate pocket designed for the smaller GR plates in my Rucker once it arrives. Combined with the 25 lb plate I have I will be able to go from the 15 to 55 lbs in reasonable increments. I found no nuts on mine and edges are rounded.

Pros
  • ‎15.98 x 8.07 x 1.77 inches
Cons
  • May take up too much space in smaller workout areas

Solid heavy plate best in my review

Why buy the name brand rucking plate when you can get this for a lot less cash. Plate says 20#/9kg, so okay, I take it at face value. Works for my workout program.

Pros
  • GREAT FOR RUCKING AND MILITARY TRAINING: Adding ruck weights to your jogging or hiking is a great way to burn calories, improve aerobic endurance, build up strength and muscle mass, making you less injury prone.
Cons
  • May not provide enough stability or support during exercises

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Hefty and a good workout

This product is hefty and definitely helps strength and endurance train. Both handle ends are smooth for quick sliding into backpack or to grip onto.

Pros
  • Nice product. I used to keep front end of my power trike down. Went with trike when I sold it
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for advanced users

Inexpensive but not #35

Way cheaper than the popular brand. The coating is superb, edges are rounded. Just knowing that it is short a pound or so just bothers me like a splinter in the brain. I'm gonna keep it to use for training but get the popular brand for the actual Rucking events.

Pros
  • ‎ZXSV
Cons
  • May not be as versatile as other types of weights
