This color was a huge disappointment. I have colored my hair for 30 years now so pretty experienced on what I'm doing. It didn't color the roots and the color was never plum as you can see. Faded more after the first shampoo.

i used the 9RC strawberry blonde on top of my already light blonde hair and it did absolutely nothing. i am so confused. i used the right developer, left it in for the right amount of time, and followed all the other directions too. but it did genuinely nothing to my hair. don’t know if i got a defective one or what.

I had high expectations with this hair dye! I bought it because it was referred to me, my natural hair color is black & was really disappointed when I couldn’t see a difference but it is a great color!

My hair dresser is out of state, so I tried retouching my roots and enhancing the color and this was the results after dying my hair, the color is quite dull now and now shiny like when my hair dresser does it.

This hair color was useless, it I did not cover my grays once so ever. I left it on for over 45 minutes and nothing. That's my review.

The outside of the box looked perfectly fine but inside my hair dye was open squished and missing instructions. How does that happen?

Overall, a good hair dye- it came out darker than I expected. That might be because I have fine hair, so keep that in mind. That's my feedback.

DO NOT BUY! This is literally the worst hair dye I have ever used! Color was definitely more red than plum and literally washed out in 2 washes! My hair always takes color really well except for this product!

Smelled strong burned head n neck some but tolerated first night after coloring was beautiful now after following all directions plus using the color seal the next washing color didn’t stay!

I dye my hair on a very regular basis. I followed the directions used their developer. I only have several greys in the part line of my hair left on for 45 minutes for what they said was intense color. It pulled warm and brassy even tho it was intense ash. It covered none of my greys and was darker than it should have been. My hair is blond already and k bought light ash blond and it made it dark ash blond. Would not buy again will stick with pravana.

My brown hair stayed brown, but the grey turned Orange. Unhappy with my new look. I need to go to a salon now to correct this mess.

This has been a great product & tends to last quite a while. However, this time, I guess I misunderstood the color. It says deep red brown. I guess I was expecting it to be like a deep auburn with brown tones. I was NOT expecting burgundy with plum tones.So in a couple weeks, I'll be adding an actual brown to it to tone it down.

I have dyed my hair red for 3+ years now. I typically dye it once every 3-4 months & I have played around with a couple different box dyes and this rubbish was the worst. Immediately after rinsing, the ends of my hair dried in about 5 min. I have waist length hair and take good care of it, I knew I had ruined my hair the second my ends were dry. First time using this hair dye. Color I got is pretty much exactly as it was pictured. It didn't damage my bleached ends. Over all satisfied with this product.

This has been months after dying. My hair does have grays and bleach underneath. It’s held its color and it did not stain my bathtub, which is a plus. Have used this brand multiple times.
