The quality of the product is very poor. It doesn't cost $20. We've had it for about 5 months and it's completely torn from use. On initial assembly the tiny straps broke and I didn't bother, but for now it's ridiculous. Every piece of cloth was torn.

My seven year old daughter helped me assemble it, it was very easy! It's a lot stronger than I could imagine for a fabric and plastic cabinet. I needed something inexpensive for a room with no closet. I was able to hang a lot of t-shirts and sweatshirts, but there is a weight limit. The plastic bar just pops off and falls down if it's too heavy, so I taped it on to hang on a pair of shorts more than it could hold on its own. Still holding up after 2 months! Updated update: still crap. Connections are broken. And collapsed. A week ago. I don't want to buy a whole new system. I hope there are interchangeable plugs and a pole. Assembly can be a bit tricky but helped me organize all the connecting parts and took my time. Some have said the cabinets are not durable and I have to disagree. The closet is very light, but once you start folding your clothes and anything that doesn't fit in, it gets stronger as it has weight now. I also like the fact that it's fairly thin at 16.75 inches so it doesn't stick out too much from the wall. The drawers are pretty big, 15 x 16 x 14, so I just throw my socks and underwear in there.

Got the parts for a different middle section instead of the top layer. This explains why other buyers may find assembly difficult or wrong. While the lack of a proper top coat makes the item less durable (and a bit wonky when viewed from above), I've chosen to settle for those details. I felt like taking them apart, repackaging, shipping to a UPS store and waiting for a new product wasn't worth the time.
