Great directing, great performance.

Super fast Wi-Fi and great speed with my 3700x processor. I don't need any more bells and whistles than what this board offers. I've been using Gigabyte for 20 years now and apart from a few issues (fixed under warranty) I've found them to work great over the long term. . Excellent guides, technical support and online help.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

I personally have an AORUS motherboard and bought this motherboard for a friend at work to build a PC. Created, no problem! I love everything about this motherboard! I like the simplicity of the BIOS settings. I installed an AMD RYZEN 5 3600 processor and TridentZ neo DDR4 8GB X 2 (16GB) 3600 Module XMP worked flawlessly! Everything works perfectly! Good product in my opinion!

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Legacy model

This is a good board. It has WiFi 6 at a price I like and a USB-C front hub. However, there are several disadvantages. The Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 software is terrible. I don't care about RGB, but if you do, avoid this board. The Gigabyte drivers on their website are out of date, but outdated as current. I was having wifi issues with gigabyte drivers and couldn't figure it out. Until I checked Intel's website and found that Gigabyte had outdated drivers that were mistakenly considered…

Dear, after 6 months!

Was a good board until one day my computer booted up and after much troubleshooting I concluded that the board is dead for no reason! Bluetooth too - this board has suddenly become a pain. Windows doesn't see Bluetooth and the only way is to turn off the power completely and then restart the computer. Bluetooth works for a few days and the same problem occurs again. I've tried contacting Gigabyte about this but their support seems to be poor. Now I have to go through the long process of…

Solid First Builder motherboard

It was my first time building a PC and this was my second motherboard. I thought my first motherboard died so I bought a completely different one (this one) and when I found out my motherboard wasn't the problem I kept this board because I really liked it. It's well made and supports 3000 series processors out of the box, with a BIOS to upgrade to the 5000 series if I decide to do so in the future. WIFI is very fast and surprisingly very stable. No problems so far and a very happy customer…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Good but not great

Problems with bluetooth + bios + drivers - buy another brand.

There is a known issue with AORUS WiFi cards where the Bluetooth device disconnects from the motherboard when the PC goes to sleep. The "fix" is to shut down the computer and unplug the power cord to allow the device to reconnect every time this happens. This is not a real solution. Gigabyte, stop selling these boards until you fix the Intel wireless chip integration. Gigabyte is generally a good brand, but this is a Google POS, many users have the same problem. I'm also having issues where a…

Great board - Bluetooth needs an overhaul

What's good: This mobo looks great and is easy to install. The dual m.2 slots and the thermal syncs that cover them are good and everything is fairly easily accessible. Also comes with an adapter to simplify connecting the tiny power/LED switch and reset connectors. Cons: Requires a BIOS update out of the box. It's easy, and the BIOS interface makes it very easy. Just a little nitty, the board doesn't come with the latest version already installed. Bluetooth keeps crashing. Research suggests…

Does everything I expected with 2 small gripes

This was my first gaming mobo since 2013 and I already had some knowledge of how to build a PC so I didn't get too carried away exit the manual/resources. I found the mobo easy to use and everything caught fire after my first try. My only comment is that I happen to find the FAN2 and FAN3 positions on the mobo for clean wiring, but I got them to work with some cables. The BIOS date was August 2020 which means I had to use Q-Flash to update the BIOS. Many might be interested to know that they…
