GiGi Facial Removal Soothing Sensitive Review

I left this on my face for less than three minutes and got the worst reaction. At least a hundred little angry red pimples all over my face that didn't go away for over two weeks. My skin is sensitive and my hair is thin and light. It's just not worth it to me. I love how my skin and makeup looks when I don't have facial hair or fuzz, but I think GiGi's regular formula is better, although it also always causes (less severe) breakouts. I will not buy again.

I liked this product. Most of the hair on my upper lip was gone on the first application, but I had to reapply the next day to remove the rest. I still have a few shorter hairs in the corners, but it's hardly noticeable. The soothing cream really helps. The product claims that the skin-soothing cream is designed to help reduce the appearance of hair, but I'm sure it will take longer to notice a difference. This was not my first experience with facial hair removal cream. I've never had a problem with the products I've used before and many of them weren't even suitable for sensitive skin. I have followed the instructions. The cream lasted 6 minutes on the face (5-8 according to the instructions). That part was fine, but when I applied the post-growth soothing cream to my face, it felt like I'd doused my skin in gasoline and lit a match. If this is a delicate formula I'm afraid to know what the normal formula looks like. It works on peach fuzz, but coarse hair doesn't suit me. I used it on my chin/neck hair and it removed the peachy fluff that I find difficult to remove when plucking but left the coarse main hair behind.
