First of all I wear 34x30 pants and the large size is perfect. Nearly. can't feel it around the legs resulting in cold feet (kinda defeats the purpose) No problem if you're sitting or lying down, obviously I wish the manufacturer had made a narrower version so the sherpa wraps better around your legs. Good quality and has survived the washer and dryer.
