I mistakenly thought I was getting a pen with this package. Apparently I didn't read the description carefully. After ordering the pen and using these blades I absolutely love them! They provide a nice close shave and a smooth feel on my skin. I'm not sure why I felt I needed a swivel head. I really don't think it affects shaving that much. Have used them for most of the year. They are very sharp and give a very close shave - too close, I've always had ingrown hairs on the back of my neck. I have a moderately thick beard and shave every day. One blade lasted me for 8 days, although the last two shaves were a bit tight. The cost has been much higher year round so I happily went back to the Mach 3 Sensitive which lasted 5 days but I can buy 6 for less than half the price of 4 Fusion Proshields.

I've been using Gillette Fusion razors since they first came out. I've tried cheaper alternatives here and there, but always regretted it and ended up going back to Gillette Fusion. These razors are more expensive than alternatives, but the difference is in the quality day and night. Gillette Fusion Proglides last longer. While they may cost more at first, they are hardly more expensive in the long run and you get a much more comfortable and close shave.

works great! I like this style because they shave well and last longer. First of all, the hand can slip off because the places where the anti-slip tabs are attached are not suitable for my position of the razor. Little problem. I wrapped the handle with cotton tape to prevent slipping. I think women keep a razor because we do legs and armpits. Gillette Fusion blades have manufacturing defects; from time to time you get clinkers. At least one blade is so misaligned that the entire assembly becomes unusable. Sometimes you get another defect in a set of four replacement blades. Otherwise, Fusion technology delivers the best possible shave. If they work, you'll appreciate it; If you receive a defect, you will curse it.

I tried the Gillette Pro glide shield and was very disappointed. I have been using Gillette razor blades for almost 50 years now and I have to say this is by far the most disappointing. It's expensive, pulls and tugs at my face even right out of the box, and I'm lucky if it lasts three or four shaves. Gillette seems to love releasing new razor blades, which seems like an excuse to raise the price and lower the quality. Right now I'm looking for razor blades that work and are worth the money.
