Seems to work well. The only problem is that the plastic ring costs about $2, but it's about a quarter of the pot's original cost.

We need another o-ring for preparing applesauce and other sweet foods that are affected by the smell of onions and other spices used in hot dishes. This worked and works great on our 8 liter Gourmia pressure cooker.

I have a 4 year old pressure cooker combo that was in dire need of a new gasket (4 litres). As this is not the usual size I have been looking for a replacement for a while. It was the closest I could find. Luckily it fits perfectly! I ordered a second one to make sure I have a spare in the future.

I bought 2 of these for my Gourmia GPC800 as I need to replace the ring - unfortunately I didn't think to open the sealed packaging and size it up to try on when I received them. After 4 months I find out they are both too big for an airtight seal and now it's too late to return them. It's no use (and good luck trying to find those sigils elsewhere).
