Glad Freezer 🧊 Wrap, 150 sq. ft. Roll Review

This is barely thicker than your regular grocery wrap. The old freezer wrap was thicker and a lot easier to work with! I like to use it in my food dryer to make fruit buns. It's really hard to work with, but it's better than regular cling film. Disappointing.

I ordered two boxes, I am returning one. I was expecting it to be 25% thicker than my regular plastic wrap as advertised but it isn't. I found it tears easily and barely stretches. Everything I had wrapped in blue freezer wrap was re-wrapped in my Kirkland plastic wrap. I would not buy again.

I prefreeze berries and other fruits to use in smoothies. I freeze as much as I use in a smoothie in individual packets. This avoids breaking up frozen fruit and most of the time making a mess. I use Glad Freezer Wrap as the first layer of protection. This really makes the fruits and berries taste fresher and easier to puree in the blender (along with protein powder, blueberry concentrate, coconut water yoghurt and some ice). Mmm!
