8/16 hour timer function not working properly. It stays "on" for one night and then goes to sleep in the middle of the day. Since this is the main function of the fork, it's a pretty important element in making it work properly. The scent works well.

Smells AMAZING. However, the sleep mode does NOT work. I turn on the silent mode at 10:00 p.m. As I said, it flared up for a few minutes, but then started to burn again. Around 3:00 PM the next day, it started blinking again in sleep mode. I did not want. I wanted the sleep mode to be from 10pm to 6am.

It was a waste of five dollars. The timer to set the 8 hour sleep mode doesn't work, it sleeps a few hours and then turns itself back on and continues that cycle of off and on every 4 or 5 hours instead of sleeping 16 hours, 8. My scent also leaked and started to burn the wick with no oil low indicator and auto shut off due to low oil. It's just a regular plug with LED, don't waste your money.

I've been buying them for 1 year now and I love them. I tried using an air spray but it wasn't effective enough. Also, I was tired of spraying countless times to freshen up the bathroom. Why didn't I read the reviews? Well how was I to know this would be any different than the original, only with the added bonus of better flavor control. I put my scent in the device, plugged it in and bam! The container with the smell fell out! Am I missing something here? Did they change the design to accommodate a latch I missed? Oh no.
