That's a lot of screws. I mean there are many. I don't think I'll ever use them all unless I decide to build 40 computers. So I'm tuned in to life as I see it.

For the average user this would be a lifetime supply. When I die, this little box will go on the home sale and become a lifetime supply for whoever buys it. There are enough screws.

The dividers were not attached so many different parts were just mixed together. In addition, the motherboard stands are non-standard in size. Be sure to check the specs of your case before purchasing.

They work fine, wish there were more thumbscrews in the kit, I usually use them for current/ongoing projects BUT you really can't go wrong with this kit.

It came with all the developers knocked off and the screws all mixed up so I went through them and sorted and found a few different ones with no threads on the screws and some that weren't supposed to be once in a package!

Looking for a computer repair or assembly tool kit? They give you a set of screws, but the gold studs on the motherboard are small and don't fit the holes on the ATX board. All other screws are great. I felt that although the motherboard's gold studs were too small, all the other screws made up for it. Also included are thumbscrews for computer cases and a fairly strong screwdriver.

Very nice collection of screws. I am building my PC from scratch including the case and this is exactly what I need. As with most other reviews, mine arrived in a huge chaotic mess that took about an hour to organize. All spacers were stacked neatly so I doubt they were ever placed correctly. But that's no reason to deduct the stars seems to me as the parts themselves seem to be very high quality and there are plenty of them so you can build as many as you like!

Mine were properly sorted on arrival. It's a good choice depending on the case you're working with. The PC I'm working on now has a Lexan case, which is thicker than tin and most plastics. So in most cases I needed longer screws. Most of them in this set have 6mm threaded sections. I needed 8mm on at least a couple of them. There are two heights of risers (not a threaded part, but a stand): steel 4 mm, brass 6 mm. Of course I needed something somewhere between 8 and 10mm. I see no reason to…
