Amazing Paring Knife for Home Cooking

Using this knife our team found that it made precision cutting a breeze in the kitchen. The knife's sharp edge and ergonomic handle made chopping and slicing comfortable and efficient .However, the high price of this knife may not be suitable for those with a tight budget in the market for a paring knife. Overall, the Global Ukon 3 5 Paring Knife is a top-notch addition to any home cook`s kitchen utensil collection..

Not of the same quality and standard in my opinion as the other Global lines

This paring knife has a flat handle that is uncomfortable to hold and operate even for my small hand. I have many classic Global knives as well as a few from their other lines. In my opinion, this Ukon does not fit their global knives at all. I will be returning this paring knife as well as the 7" Asian chef's knife from this series once it becomes available.
