See for yourself What the family member expected of their granddaughter didn't quite get it, to say the least. We gave it a 2 for its durability but the many scratches in the blocks and the red paint drips/stains on the worktop were a very big disappointment, especially considering the kitchen was white and pink. I won't share all the pics I took but again it gives you an idea of what she was dealing with but she made me work on it, sanding and repainting the whole set that they love now.

The pictures on the box are terrible. If you're not giving this to your child (from the comfort of your own home), I would suggest filing a liability waiver; Ask her to turn around privately. I bought it on 12/14/20 for $18 and now on 12/23/20 I find that it is $28. What a premium for a dollar tree/flea market like toys. However, I'm sure my daughter enjoys playing with her tiny kitchen. Cute, pretty good size/size for a 12 inch doll. Not recommended for children under the age of 5 who do not have the fine motor skills to operate/play with toys of this size and class. Some parts need some glue, like small faucets and some parts fit a little loose but enough (or with glue). The doors open and close badly, if they are closed too tight, it is difficult for the child to open them again. Bought for 6 and 8 year olds and should outlast their playing habits. This is a great product for the price. We were missing a ketchup bottle (we used the other one that came with the kit), we were also missing a few small parts, we only had one plate but 4 bowls and soon we had one for cooking and a spatula. Where I saw a couple of reviews where they had 4 serving utensils. The instructions were difficult to follow and I used super glue on a few pieces.
