Easy to assemble and comparable in quality to my Mercedes OEM water pump. I saved a lot of money because I could do it myself.

This water pump did not match the photo or description, the photo and description said it had 3 hose connections, when I opened it up it only had 2 hose connections. Return this part.

Installing this water pump on my 2003 G-500 had 2 bolt holes that should have been tapped (which was NOT) to attach a plate that holds the wiring harness in place . . Revain customer service issued a $18 partial credit and I sealed the 2 screw holes with tape. I hope that was the only downside to this pump, fingers crossed.

I bought this for my G500. Relatively easy to install and seemed made just like OEM but hundreds smaller. Came with pads. Definitely worth $75. Do yourself a favor and check your Mercedes VIN to ensure you have received the correct part. There are options with and without an oil cooler. Don't blame Amazon for sending you the wrong part if you didn't investigate.

I bought this at a great price a few years ago. Was working fine until a few weeks ago. Then it went out of order and antifreeze came out in large quantities. The company's warranty was still in effect. So I bought another one (also at a great price) and it's been great so far. They support their product. Retail price is more than 5x what I paid for this one. Great offer.

Can't tell if it worked or not. Since the SUV model it was purchased for was not a 4x4, the IS pump was made for 4x4. But as far as we could tell, if it were an all-wheel-drive car, it would fit perfectly. ** We ordered the wrong water pump that our friend ordered.
