I've been taking it for a year now. Not entirely sure if that alone helps other than keeping it regular. I think it might work with exercise and dietary changes.

Funny taste. It is firmer than regular CLA capsules which are much softer. It's a big pill, plus it's hard and quite difficult to swallow.
