These plugs are of good quality. I was pleasantly surprised that a few spare set screws were included. I don't need them, but if you're not careful I might lose one or two. They lightly took the 12 gauge stranded wire and clamped it in place. I was lucky enough to buy 12 pairs. I was expecting to need 8 pairs but ended up having to build an L-Pad box so I used them all.

My cabinet is shallow. I took them for obvious reasons. Good for plugs. Better than the banana plugs I had before which were a bit loose especially in my KEFs. You will need a small eyeglass screwdriver to loosen, insert, and then tighten the speaker wire. Each has two screws. Not too fussy furnished, but they are small. I ordered 12 pairs per pack and 6 pairs per pack. I have a Denon 7.2 channel receiver and have decided to order 4 additional socket pairs of each. No one has found them for the 7.2 receiver, as in 14 pairs for sale at Revain. Both boxes were brand new, sealed assuming they were new.
