Too big and the lid is bulky

This set outperforms normal salt and pepper shakers (they are about 1.5 times larger). They look out of place on the table. In addition, the caps are made of plastic, are very narrow and cannot be unscrewed so easily.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Not bad

Just terrible junk for salt and pepper shakers

These salt and pepper shakers are NOT up to usual Godinger standards. They are too big and don't feel as heavy as my other Godinger pieces - they feel like cheap glass. The plastic lids are terrible, the holes don't work.

  • Best
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Pretty Salt and Pepper Shakers

They are very, very pretty. I was really happy when I unboxed them, but when I went to fill them the holes weren't punched all the way through so my husband had to take them to the garage and punch them where the holes started

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Some Trouble

Disgusting hats. there is no river The holes are closed.

Good glass. Very large. The caps are a two piece plastic construction. Chromed plastic on the outside and white plastic on the inside. Holes between inside and outside do not match. I had to use a 1/16" drill bit and larger hand holes to get the salt or pepper out of the caps.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was some

Nice salt and pepper shaker

I love this set! The crystal is shiny and they are big so you don't have to refill them very often. The feeling in my hand is just right. I don't know why some reviews say the holes aren't big enough for the salt and pepper to come out. I've found it comes out very well. I highly recommend!

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Style 90

and I'm NOT very happy with it

These are coming back. You are terrible. Firstly, to fill them you need a whole can of salt or pepper, they are huge! Cheap, cheap silvery plastic pads. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before buying. I bought an oiler with a lid from the same manufacturer and am very happy with it. I don't recommend them at all.

Pros
  • Many will
Cons
  • I don't remember

I love the Godinger style for my desk

I love the Godinger style for my desk. My only complaint is that the caps for these shakers are plastic. With such an elegant glass design, it seems a real shame to complete it with plastic. Might be a good argument for plastic as I have seen similar kits with metal lids start to rust but I have a feeling there is a better solution. Maybe use high-quality 18/10 stainless steel caps? In any case, despite the plastic caps, they look very nice.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I'm nervous

Someone for some reason decided that the holes in the top of these shakers go down the sides. Therefore, when you pour the contents, they end up everywhere and not just on your food. My tablecloth is covered in salt and pepper and very little went into my food. I won't be able to use it! I'm certainly wondering why anyone thought this would be a good idea? It would be much better if the holes were only at the top, as is usual.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Secret

Cheap plastic tops are ridiculously big!

I opened the box and couldn't believe how HUGE they are. It would take a whole can of pepper to fill - ONE TOTAL WASTE, you never use 1/3 of a can. You must fill the entire jar to keep the peppers fresh. Then. There is a problem with tops - CHEAP, CHEAP plastic! As if either of those two issues weren't enough to make me want to go back (and I'm dying to!), after inspecting the cheap upper, I wasn't even sure if there were any holes in the plastic. I filled one with salt and shook out theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • For a long time
