Given the low price, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this light bar. I thought about getting Chimera strips at first but was very happy with the Godox strips I got for the Godox lights. The grille, speed ring and carrying case are all very good.

The perfect size also ensures that your portraits are evenly lit. Meshes add more directional light, but I really rarely use them. They work great without a grid for my style of photography. Good quality product, easy to assemble, easy to use and set up!

The quality of the soft boxes is in no way inferior to more expensive models. They could use instructions, but tuning isn't really rocket science. I haven't had a chance to test how they affect the color balance of the light, but what I've captured so far looks good to the eye.
