Check your computer before ordering. I ordered for my A1466 and it didn't fit. My computer had a different pin configuration. It might work for another A1466, but don't buy blindly and think it will work. I took the computer apart and had to put it back together and wait a few more days before I could get the right one.

Easy update. Connected and installed an important SATA mx500 m.2 drive on my mid 2012 MacBook Air A1466. Be sure to reset NVRAM before installing the operating system.
