I love this lasagna pan, but was heartbroken to see the brushstrokes on one side of the pan ruining the beautiful blue and white marble. If it weren't for the color lines I would rate this lasagna pan a 5.

Inside Full Depth 3 1/2" - Width 11" - Length 16"! 1/4" rim for the lid to rest the lid on. The pan itself is lightweight .The lid is heavy!The bottom of the pan is wider than the top, which allows for extra space for food!Nice, strong, huge!

This is an extra large saucepan with a glass lid. I like the glass lid so nothing dries out and I don't have to cover the lasagna with aluminum foil. I've made lasagna, fried pork ribs and later just roasted them on the grill. The pan is very easy to clean, nothing sticks like other pans. I hope that one day they make a pan like this a little smaller.

Came with a 'welded' handle on one side with a gap, took it out of the box and heard the ceramic separating from the metal. On the other side was a complete weld, but most of it also fell off. I definitely wouldn't want to pull this out of an oven full of hot lasagna! Also, it looks sturdy but feels and weighs like a very light, simple, cheap metal pan. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

What makes pot lids so hard to find in the industry? Many of us don't want to use aluminum foil. argh That's why I gave more stars just for this moment. I used it once and it did the job perfectly. is not burned out. and cleaned well. I blushed red. I wish they only offered smooth colors (don't throw in color), but whatever it is looks pretty if you don't look at the texture. However, note that unless you have the double door type, it probably won't fit in your fridge.

I have quite a large collection of kitchen pots and pans, this is my FAVORITE pan of all time! Excellent quality and beautiful. He cooks great and cleans like a champ! I cooked my 22lb Thanksgiving turkey in it and it was ready almost an hour early. It heats up VERY VERY but bakes evenly. If a typical recipe calls for something to be cooked at 350°, I definitely recommend cooking about 25° lower (325°). In any case. This pan is worth the money and I can see it being used in my kitchen for years
