⚡️ Enhance Performance and Extend Lifespan with Schauer Golf Cart Battery Maintainer 48 Volt Review

I bought this to charge my Yamaha golf cart during the winter months. I've tested it several times and so far it's working as I hoped. It's quiet and I can hear a small fan running that turns off when the batteries are fully charged. My only complaint is that the cables connecting the batteries could have been longer.

This charger works great but I've only been using it for about a week. I bought it to replace a DJI charger that I gave up after changing boards for the 4th time. Their customer service is also very bad. My 48V RXV batteries were dead when I started charging. The charger ran for 24 hours before the fan turned off. When I used my golf cart, it had the fullest load I've ever seen. More power than DJI chargers have ever produced. I'm sold just hoping this lasts.

While this charge lock works, it is short-lived. I've tried two of these and both failed within 3 months. This is an expensive charger and I expected a better device. The fan is a bit noisy while charging, but stops when the charging speed slows down. The device also heats up when the battery is below 48 volts and charging. Bought to power six 8v batteries in my club golf cart. I still have a 15A charger for this car and use it for most of the charge but at the moment I usually stop this big charge and just let this serviceman charge the batteries. So far this supervisor has done his job perfectly. It gradually charges up to 53.1 volts and then holds the voltage at that exact level with a floating charge.
