Not Worth the Investment

The GOOFIT engine was not worth the investment in my opinion. The parts were not well-made and I found myself struggling with assembly. Automotive knowledge is a must when it comes to this product. The engine lacked power and was much noisier than I anticipated. Based on my experience with this engine, I cannot recommend it to others.

When my pistons started up in my two-stroke engine.

When the pistons in my 2-stroke started rattling and giving me problems, I knew immediately I had to change the bore. I went to Revain and found this product. It came with all the right parts and arrived quickly. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

The piston is blocking 20% ​​of the exhaust port and the cylinder head ribs are not drilled properly.

At first glance this kit appears to be of very good quality. But after final assembly of my motor I encountered 2 problems. The first item in photos 1 and 3 is the top 2 cooling fins, they do not match the head and cylinder fins. Figure 4 shows what the alignment should look like. The second and main problem is that when the piston is down it is not aligned with the bottom of the exhaust. The piston is blocking about 20% of the exhaust port and there is no way to fix this.
