This is the first kettle I've received and it didn't disappoint! The fact that you can set it to keep the water warm for a set amount of time is very useful and easy to use. I thought it would be difficult to get a kettle but it was very easy to use. I would recommend this kettle to anyone looking for one!

I really like this kettle. Not only is it beautiful, but I love that you can set the temperature for the perfect cup of coffee or tea. I also love that it keeps the temperature, because one cup of tea is never enough. Highly recommended for pouring with stable gooseneck spout. So I got it today and made coffee with it in a french press. I set it to around 203 degrees and when I checked the temperature with my instant read thermometer it was 1-2 degrees below what the kettle showed. I'm not sure how accurate my immediate reading is. Anyway, it's close enough for me. When making coffee I try to go from 200-205. I find that depending on the roast you want, how hot the water can affect the strength of the extraction.
