White polka dot screen print on cotton and spandex stretch fabric, plus size

My daughter is 5'7" and wears a size M 8-10 on most styles/brands, but she should on other GownTown dresses Order the big one. Except for this particular dress, light blue with white polka dots. The big dress is too big, especially around the waist and bodice. But she likes the style, so she's coming back for the medium one.
