Use it for cutting foundation drywall. Two bedrooms, three dressing rooms, two hallways and a bathroom. Just one bit used to do everything. Will buy again if I ever need more.
They cut drywall well but CANNOT be used to cut plastic electrical outlets. They simply melt the box due to the high speed and frictional heat after cutting through the drywall.
3 broken in half by cutting 5/8" thick ceiling drywall to pull cables through. Have one or two of my team try my rotozip and they still hit the lugs and pushed but I broke 3 on my own because I knew what was in there as I just pushed the drywall these bits are trash cans I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Well the bit itself works great, I thought it would go with the Dremel Trio and I wouldn't need a Rotozip but it doesn't. I used a regular dremel and just freehanded the depth to make 10 cuts in the project. It worked, but next time he'll probably get the right tool. Or I probably won't, it worked once and I'm pretty cheap so what could go wrong.
This nozzle works great if you don't let too much of the nozzle protrude past the drywall. A prerequisite for this is a functioning depth setting of the Roto-Zip. Otherwise, this bit turns into a plane and peels the surface of window and door frames. I haven't had the problem of parts breaking like other reviewers, but I suspect it's because I followed other people's advice and didn't apply much pressure. Let the bit do the cutting. They don't last forever either, so if the tip starts to stick…
