Superb chair well made genuine leather solid metal base no screws required for assembly. The footrest doesn't work last minute, I don't think they checked that part. Wings on the sides of my thighs hurt unless you sit with your legs closed, maybe it works great for a lady.

Overall a good product. Very comfortable stool on wheels. The problem for us was that we ordered them at our parts counter by shelf height. When nobody is on them they are fully adjustable with reasonable access to sit in. But once you sit on them, you fall too far and they no longer fit the rack height.

This chair is TAAAAAAAAAA! much better than i thought! I don't understand what the other reviewers have to say about the plastic grips, they work well, I think if you tighten them with whatever you have they can slow down, they work great for me. If you're looking for a great office chair, you won't find better bang for the buck!

I'm short (5'2 3/4"). The back of the chair was set too low on my back, which put extra strain on my back. Me tried lifting the back but there is almost no room for extensions on the rear link when i tried to lift it the clamping mechanism got stuck and i couldn't get it out.i contacted the seller through Revain and they didn't do it .No response.So I returned the chair for a refund.If you're even shorter than me, you'll probably want something that has a higher backrest.

The backrest is right next to the seat, so there isn't enough space for the backrest, so to speak. The picture shows the backrest over the seat that I needed for my tailbone pain. No contact with anything, so that's deceptive. We also had to knock out the plastic pieces in the back assembly so we could connect the backrest to the chair. The shape of the seat is unusual, making it very difficult to lean back in the seat. Besides, it's just great. :-)

The product is strong and durable. The rollers are smooth-running and easily adjustable in height and back. Assembly was fairly easy and quick. Areas that could be improved are the use of cheaper plastic in critical areas like the stool holder and chair leg. Both are held up with plastic parts that aren't as strong and crack when tightened. In this way, the height of the backrest of the chair and the footrest no longer remain where they are installed.

I bought this chair for use in my studio/office. I wanted a chair that I can use at my desk and at my easel where I need more height. It was easy to assemble. The seat cushion is a lot stiffer than I would like, but I can imagine it softening over time if I use it long enough. I'm just not sure I will as I can't stand the squeaky sound every time I sit down or shift my weight. I'm not a big person. I tried tightening the screws, nothing helped. Very comfortable! One feature I love is the seat with ledges that help me stay in the chair so I don't accidentally slide off. The chair rolls smoothly with no problems. I have a tiny kitchen and I can really maneuver myself around by pushing and pulling. I can't stand long due to health issues and needed something similar so I could cook and do the dishes.
