Bought sizing according to the chart - there is some spandex in the fabric so it fits well and has a nice smooth look. I'm 4'11 and the length is perfect. The skirt is exactly as shown in the picture. The mesh isn't too stiff, but just enough to add some volume at the bottom if needed. I'm glad I bought it.

I'm 5'8", weigh 170 pounds and bought a large one. This petticoat came to me mid-calf. Even though I put it on the hips instead of up wear it on the waist it is very short. The fit was ok a bit loose but I was still able to wear it. Overall it seemed like a good material and definitely had a good fit. It probably would have worked well for someone below but me had to return it.

Huge difference under my wedding dress. Gave him more body underneath without being obnoxious. Very happy with my purchase. I rated it based on other reviews and it's good. I could probably go with my regular size, but a larger size was fine. If you're a small part of your size, your normal size will likely fit you, but if you're most of your size, go up a size.

For the record, I'm a plus-size woman, about 5ft 8in tall, and she's not floor length (she flares out towards my knee). The upper is very stretchy, yet smooth and holds its shape. My dress size ranges from XL to 2X and I'm hourglass shaped. If you are a large size you might want to try this before spending 4x at David's or elsewhere.

With a few exceptions this item looks exactly like the photo, just has a lot of creases which is to be expected - came a folded bag. But not only does it smell like someone's body, it doesn't stink, it also smells like cologne and sweat so it has to be returned. There are no new tags on it.
