At Grafik Optymalny (Optimal Schedule) we support companies in optimizing personnel costs and increasing the efficiency of running a business. We do this by providing our clients with software and know-how that allow them to easily create optimal work schedules. Optimal means are consistent with the changing demand for work in the store and in accordance with the labor law and the preferences of employees. As a company, we were recognized by Google and invited to participate in the Residency program. We also became a part of the Store of the Future and Factory of the Future Microsoft's concepts. However, our greatest honor is the satisfaction of our clients, including CCC, North Fish, Big Star, Samsung Flying Tiger Copenhagen, e-Obuwie, and more.

This application saves lots of times and energy

The main thing is that it helps me to manage my schedule, I can set up meetings with colleagues or clients at any time without wasting much time. It's also very easy for use since all you have to do is enter your information once then just click "Go" button to get an overview about who will be available when as well as their availability period. Time tracking and reporting made simple

The tool is very easy to use, it has many modules which are useful for scheduling tasks, I like that everything can be configured so you don't have problems with performance or compatibility issues when using this software. There isn't much I dislike about the program as long as there aren't any hidden features or functions not mentioned within the manual/user guide. If they added more functions such as emailing reports etc then i would give them 5 stars but otherwise its pretty good! We're…

Great way of tracking employee attendance and leave management

The software is easy to use, everything can be edited at any time with ease! It's not really intuitive for newbies who are used only traditional scheduling programs like Excel or Access/VBA which have menus that help users navigate through them without difficulty. I'm sure it will take some getting-used-to but once you do this tool becomes very useful indeed as your workforce grows larger than what one person could handle alone. Very helpful and user friendly software

I really like this tool because it helps me to make my work easier, for example when creating budgets or making plans about future activities. It also gives you an overview over your financial situation at any given time which is great! The only thing that i dislike are some minor bugs but they have been fixed already so there should be no problem with them anymore now. Very complicated to use and not very user friendly

I like the fact that we can see all the different options and the changes that we make are reflected in the report. I dislike the fact that it is very complicated to use and that it is not very intuitive. It is very difficult to use and it is not very user friendly.
