Pure stranded copper wire. Thick insulation, easy to remove. No problem with this wire, not the cheapest wire but good quality.

For hanging hummingbird feeders. It doesn't look like the wires that come with some feeders, but it works. Red is a plus. Hummingbirds are attracted to the color red.

Worked well when soldered to the existing 18 gauge wiring in the car although obviously less bend resistant and of lower quality than the original wiring but still great for the price.

Bring a 12 volt DC auxiliary lighting system into the home. I needed good quality, inexpensive wire for this low voltage application. This wire is perfect for my needs.

This wire is incredibly thin for 18 gauge wire. Then it dawned on me that it wasn't AWG wire. That's Chinese shit! Get what you pay for. See and feel the difference with real 18 AWG wire. But if you're not worried about how much this wire can handle, it will get the job done. And did I mention it's cheap.

true to size as i peeled off the plating and 18 gauge is copper 18 gauge also the same company sells 16 gauge which is also a real 16 gauge. also a tough coating on the wire that is not as malleable as some others. Retains its flexing properties at 20 degrees temperature.

This is a high quality 18AWG copper wire. Great for general purpose wiring and hobbies. They solder well, are well insulated and flexible enough for my projects. I also have a 16 gauge Grand General sppol (sent in error) and it is excellent quality too. The length was the same as stated. 5 Stars. Happy hobby!
