Product does not work - DO NOT BUY

I will not get my money back. I thought I had issued a refund. The product never worked and probably installed malware on my computer. DO NOT BUY!

Not a good product.

Doesn't work with my system and there is no website to find the correct drivers. The supplied drivers are unsigned and probably homemade. Not a good product.

Unimpressive result

1) Drivers provided are unsigned2) Video on second (USB connected display) does not disappear when user logs out3) Only the installer user can access the USB connected display - when a another user logs in, they will not have access to a USB connected display4) The FAQ for this product has an answer that links to updated drivers that a) are not documented and b) are not really suitable for this device. This is the first USB powered video rig I've used. So maybe my expectations are unrealistic…

I thought it was plug and play like most things like this. He didn't have a CD with him. Are we in the 1990s? The CD drivers did not work. I downloaded them from a website and those drivers didn't work. Now of course I'm worried too because my antivirus actually blocked the frescologic website and said it was patchy, I had to unblock it, I hope its drivers aren't viruses. Came back after trying to get the drivers to work for SIX HOURS!

I'm very tech savvy so trust me when I say don't buy them! I didn't think that every plug should be branded, so I just bought the first ones I came across.
