Doesn't work. Tried three different cartridges. One was brand new. None of them worked, the attached picture is the best. Returned the old imaging drum to the printer and it worked but not as well as before. So it was worse than useless.

I was grateful that the installation guide was very easy, especially when changing the drum for the first time. After following the instructions, turning on the printer and printing my first document, I was delighted to see such a well printed document.

I've had great luck with most of the drums I've bought. But it delivers the best print quality right from the start. I had problems with duplex printing that left a gray band at the top of the page. It's clean in every way. No problem. I will definitely buy this in the future.

I'm a big fan of the Greensky replacement toner cartridges for my Brother printer. Not only are they a lot cheaper than OEM cartridges, they're also a lot better than other replacement toners I've tried. When my printer said it needed a new drum, I went with Greensky. It's only been a few weeks, but so far so good. I will update my review after a year or so.

I accidentally threw away the photoconductor when pulling out my old toner cartridge (Bullshit, but I didn't think very hard about it). Checked out Brother Drums on Revain and they were out of place for the price. I found Greensky at Revain (much better price) so I took a chance. It arrived, went into my printer without the slightest problem and the print quality is fine. Sometimes non-Brother parts are "incredulous" and either don't fit or work properly. Update: I have been contacted by customer support to try to resolve this issue. They kindly contacted me and offered to send me a new replacement drum. I am grateful for that! I agree with other sellers who gave 1 star. I installed this product as specified by the manufacturer. I keep getting the message "Drum End Soon" even though I put a new one in and it doesn't print properly / leaves streaks on my paper and also doesn't print on the edges of the paper.

I ordered this because my trusty Brother HL-2270dw warned me that after 8 years and 14,000 pages my drum was running low. . After checking the original photoconductor I found that they are more expensive than a new printer. I was very happy to find this drum kit for about 1/4 the price of a Brother brand drum kit. This machine looks identical to the Brother machine, installs easily and prints like new. Very happy looking forward to another 8 happy years with this workhorse printer.
