Aside from extruding the magnet, this is a great tool.

is a good socket with an amazing magnet, but like every other magnetic socket I've used with an impact wrench, the magnet fails within the first 2 weeks. I'll try to weld the JB a bit to secure it, hope it works. I use this a few times during the week just wish they made one that will hold its magnet.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Secret

Works well, wears out quickly

I have bought the same sockets 8 times in the last 2 years, they usually last 3 months or less and then the corners of the socket are rounded . Poor quality steel, but no better quality, resembling that of port cargo, has been found.

Pros
  • Packing weight: 0.08kg
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Magnet broke best in power tools

It was great but the magnet broke after two weeks of use at work. second outlet. My second was good and the magnet stayed in it for about 3.5 months with regular use. I hope this continues.

Pros
  • Fit: Universal
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Very strong and can handle any job

I install garage doors and pull in thousands of heavy steel bolts a week. This socket is perfect in every way. Super durable. The magnet is good. Spring is smooth. Very true witcher. Just bought a second one. Saves so much time by not switching from a shallow magnet well to a deep one. The 1/2" drive makes it a bit clunky.

Pros
  • Country of origin: USA
Cons
  • Some faults
